Ingredients:
For the biscuit layers:
400g Biscuits/graham crackers
2/3 cup (160ml) Milk
For the cream:
2 cups (500g) Cream cheese
1/2 cup (120g) Pistachio paste
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla bean paste *or 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 cup (120g) Powdered sugar
1¼ (300ml) Heavy cream, cold
For the topping:
120g White chocolate
1/3 cup (80ml) Heavy cream
4 tablespoons (60g) Pistachio paste
For decoration:
Pistachios
