I make this recipe at least once a week! Eat this for dinner and lose weight

Ingredients and recipe:
15g Dried black fungus
Warm water
Soak for 20 -30 minutes
380g Bitter melon
Cut like this
1tbsp White sugar
Set aside for 20 minutes
3 Cloves of garlic
Ginger
1 Hot pepper
1tbsp White sesame seeds
After 30 minutes
1tsp Salt
Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat
Water
Cook for 1 minute
Put in cold water
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Pour the boiled oil into the bowl
2tbsp Soy sauce
1tbsp Oyster sauce
1/2tbsp Vinegar
A pinch of white sugar
A pinch of salt
25g Cilantro
Mix well
Done !
