Add 2 eggs to the tofu and it's so simple and delicious! Quick breakfast recipe

Ingredients and recipe:
Cut 150g firm tofu
Put the tofu in the bowl
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Salt and black pepper
Mix well
Pour into the tofu
Chop 10g green onion
Paprika
Mix well
Medium low heat
Pour the mixture in a pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese in the pan
Fold in half
Fry for another 2 minutes
Done!
