Pozole recipe for about 5 people
2lbs of pork stew meat/ boneless pork shoulder
1 - 1lb 13oz can of white/Mexican style hominy
¼ onion
3 – 4 chile California/Guajillos
3 garlic cloves
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp chicken bouillon
3 – 4 cups of water
