Warm Water 170g+-
Egg yolks 5
Salted Butter 100g
Instant yeast 7 g
Sugar 80g
Salt 3 g
Vanilla 1 tsp
Marmalade 50g
Dry fruits 250g total
Mixed peel 80g
Cherry 80g
Raisin 50g
Blueberry 40g
Orange juice 1 tbsp

Proof at 35*c until the dough raises to about double
Bake at 170*c for 45 minutes ( cover the top after 20 minutes)
