These snow globe cupcakes, by Cooking Co, are both fun to look at and delicious to eat. Shake up some Christmas magic this holiday season!

Blow up the balloons until they are about 10cm wide to make the gelatin globes. Tie them to secure, and dip them into your gelatin mix. Now using some fondant, you can create your snowman! Layer a cupcake with buttercream frosting, and sprinkle some dried white chocolate to create a wintery effect. Place the cute snowman over it and carefully place the gelatin balloon over it. And there it is! A gorgeous Snow Globe Cupcake topped with edible gelatin bubbles!
