You definitely haven’t tried these Eggplants! It's so delicious that I'm ready to cook this recipe every day! My family loves to eat eggplant for dinner. I hope you like my recipe! Even a child can make this recipe!

Recipe and ingredients:

00:22 2 eggs.
00:29 1 clove of garlic.
00:38 Salt 1 tsp.
00:40 Pepper.
00:44 Thyme.
00:48 Yogurt 2 tbsp.
01:03 Olive oil 1 tsp.
01:07 Flour 1 tbsp.
01:21 1 large tomato.
02:00 Parsley.
02:24 Feta 70 g.
02:32 Dry garlic.
02:35 Parmesan 70 g.
02:39 Yogurt 3 tbsp.
02:55 Olive oil.
03:10 Fry on both sides until golden brown.
03:41 Parmesan.
03:54 In the oven/200°C/400°F/10 minutes.
