Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 cup hot sauce ( I used 1/4 cup Franks and 1/4 cup Tabasco)
8oz/226g softened cream cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (more for topping is optional)

For the chicken, I had pulled the meat off this whole chicken from my last video for chicken soup. It was pressure cooked, so the meat is extremely tender. The easiest fastest thing to do is get a cooked rotisserie chicken and pull the meat off that. You can also steam or boil 2 chicken breasts and shred the meat. This is 2 packed cups of shredded chicken. For the hot sauce which is really the most important part of this recipe, I’m using Frank’s Red Hot and Tabasco sauce ¼ cup each. This combination gives you that authentic taste of buffalo wings with some extra heat from the tabasco. You can of course use any hot sauce you want. The amount is ½ cup. Cream cheese softened 8 ounces 226g. Then we need dressing, for this quick dip you really don’t need to make dressing from scratch. The bottled stuff is fine. ¼ cup ranch dressing and ¼ cup blue cheese dressing. Using both dressings give this dip a deeper flavor. Finally, cheddar cheese. ½ cup grated. I just did this in a food processor review. That’ll be up on my bestkitchenreviews channel soon if you are looking to get a food processor. First, heat up a pan and put the chicken in. The chicken was in the fridge, so I just want to warm everything through before baking, it’ll be done faster. Pour the hot sauce on and mix it well. Use low heat, it’ll take just a few minutes. Cut up the cream cheese and add it to the pan. Mix just until it melts. Turn off the heat. Add the dressings and stir. Lastly, the shredded cheddar. Give this a taste and add more hot sauce if you like it very spicy. This is plenty spicy for me. Pour into a baking dish, any size or shape that holds everything. I’m using a pie dish because it’s wide enough for many hands to scoop with chips or crackers. Believe me, everyone will be attacking this dip. If you’re having a party, it’s easy to make a double or triple batch, it’ll go fast. Sprinkle a little bit more cheese on top if you like. I find that it’s harder to scoop if there is a thick layer of cheese on top. I just use a little bit. Put this in a heated 350 F 180 C oven for 15 to 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. It tastes exactly like buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese. It’s addictive, you won’t be able to stop eating it. I always serve celery sticks and carrot sticks on the side just like with buffalo chicken wings. Definitely make this dip for your next party, everyone will love it.
