Everyone asks me for this simple and delicious eggplant recipe! Eggplant with shrimp Recipe

Ingredients and recipe:
1/3cup all purpose flour
Add 1/4 cup corn starch
Mix well
Crack an egg into a bowl
Separate the yolk
Add the yolk to the bowl of flour
Sprinkle salt on top
Mix well
Pour 80ml beer into the bowl
Mix until smooth
Add 1/4tsp baking soda
Mix into the batter
Pour 1tbsp oil in the bowl
Peel 20 shrimps
Chop the shrimps
Add to a bowl
Pour the egg white on top
Add 1/8tsp white pepper on top
Add some salt
Green onion
Mix well
Chop 2 eggplants thinly, cutting half-way through every other slice
Place in a bowl
Sandwich the shrimp into each eggplant
Medium heat
Pour vegetable oil in the pan
Dip the eggplants in the batter
Place the eggplants in the oil
Fry for 4-5 minutes
Done!
