Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp.
Jeera (Cumin) - 1 tsp.
Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp.
Salt – To Taste
Eno (Fruit Salt) – 1 Sachet

Dahi (Curd) – 2 Cups (500g)
Onion - 1/4 Cup
Tomato - 1/4 Cup
Cucumber - 1/4 Cup
Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp.

Jeera Powder – 1/2 tsp.
Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp.
