Ingredients:
Canned tuna
Serving Suggestion:
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoons Chilli sauce

Directions:
1. Open a Tuna can. Then, take a paper towel and fold it 2 times into quarters.
2. Place the paper on top of the tuna, and let it oil soak.
3. Light the paper from its edges and let it burn for at least 15 minutes, or until the fire extinguishers itself. Gently remove the paper.
4. Drain. Now your burnt (smoked) tuna is ready. You can use it as you usually would, or try this sandwich:
5. Serving suggestion: place the drained tuna in a bowl, add mayo, chilli sauce and mix well. Spread it over your favorite bread.
