Lemongrass: Wrapping Lemongrass Leaves & How We Like To Store Them [tauj Qab]

Hello Lemongrass season!
I wanted to share with you all how we like to take care of our lemongrass we grow every year, how we take care of the stalk, how we wrap/roll the leaves, and how to save the roots to be planted next season. Since we live in the pacific northwest where it's quite rainy and cold during fall to winter, we like to keep our lemongrass in the freezer so we can have it handy for when we want to put it into soups, stir fry, tea, etc. So I hope this video helps you in possibly planting your own lemongrass next season or how to handle/ preserve them. In Hmong Leeg, lemongrass is called Tauj Qab. Tauj Dub is the Hmong white dialect. So hopefully you don't get confused since we speak Hmong Leeg in our family.
