Grandma’s Tasty Fried Fish Fillets With Lemon Butter Sauce 柠檬黄油 '鱼片

Grandma’s recipe of fried fish fillets with lemon butter sauce that is so tasty & delicious. There is something about fish, lemon n butter that really goes well together. Just try this.

Ingredients
Fish fillets marinated with soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, a bit of salt, cornflour
Lemon slices
1 tbsp lemon juice
Finely chopped garlic
Butter

Lemon sauce
Add enough water to lemon juice to make up to 60ml water
1-2 tsp sugar or more if needed/ or honey
Mushroom granules or soy sauce
1 tsp cornflour
Mix together n taste to your liking

Fry fish fillets until brown on both sides. Dish up. Sauté butter n garlic until aromatic. Add lemon slices n lemon juice slurry. Add in the fried fish fillets. Toss until all pieces are coated fully with lemon sauce. Served hot with rice.
