Sizzling fried scrumptious chicken balls…delicious n tasty.

Ingredients
500g chicken breast
Salt, sugar, mushroom granules, soy sauce, shaoxing wine, sesame oil to taste
Cornflour, all purpose flour
2 eggs
Chopped green onions
Chopped carrots
Chopped red chillies
Oil for frying

Stuffed lady fingers/okra
12 lady fingers
Slit lady fingers, stuff with chicken ball fillings. Fry with remaining oil until slightly brown and cooked.
