Tasty and delicious egg plant with ladies finger stir fry in sambal sauce.

Ingredients
1 egg plant
5-6 lady fingers
1 red chillie
Finely chopped garlic
2 tsp sambal sauce

In a wok with 1/3 cup oil, fry egg plants in medium hot oil. When soft enough dish up. Add the lady fingers in the same oil. When soft enough dish up. Then sauté garlic until aromatic, add the chillie n sambal sauce. Add back egg plants n lady finger. Stir to combined well.
