Hello Everyone! In today’s video I share with you a quick and easy tomato base stew, this is perfect for you jollof rice and other meals. Making tomatoes stew in bulk saves time and money. Making your tomato stew ahead and storing in the freezer enables you to have jollof anytime and anyday and can be made in under 30 minutes. I hope you try this recipe, thank you for watching !

Ingredients:
4 large onions ( please use more if yours are smaller)
8 oz tomatoes paste
6 pounds crushed can tomatoes or used fresh if you don’t have access to the can one
3 bay leaves
1/4 cup shrimp powder or 2-3 stock cubes
Fresh basil
3 habanero’s
2 sprigs fresh Rosemary or dried Rosemary
1 Tbsp coriander seeds
1 tablespoon fennel seeds or Aniseeds
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp Allspice
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
3 thumbsize ginger
6 cloves of garlic
1 heaping Tbsp curry powder
1 heaping Tbsp paprika
