Ingredients:
Fish of choice
Black pepper
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 tbsp old bay or any all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
A little oil to help keep the fish moist whiles air frying
1 small onion
2 red bell peppers
Pepper to your taste
2 Roma tomatoes
A little ginger
2 cloves of garlic
Basil
Sprig of Rosemary
1/2 tsp chicken seasoning (optional)
1 tsp turmeric powder
Tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika powder
Salt to taste
Parsley flakes
Green bell peppers to garnish (optional)
