Cake batter:
3 eggs
salt
80 grams sugar ( 3tbsp)
28 grams oil ( 3 tbsp )
52 grams milk ( 3.5 tbsp)
80 grams all purpose flour ( 3 tbsp)
20 grams cocoa powder ( 2 tbsp)
10 grams baking powder ( 1 tbsp )
Cake tray size 18cm ( 7 inches)
Coconut mixt:
210 grams milk ( 1 cup)
80 grams sugar ( 3 tbsp)
100 grams condensed milk ( 3.5 tbsp)
100 grams butter
250 grams coconut flakes ( 1.5 cups)
Cake glazing:
100 grams chocolate
80 grams hot cream ( 1/2 cup)
