Today I bake a simple cake with apples. This quick apple cake is moist, tender and prepared in 10 minutes! When I have apples and want to have a delicious apple cake, I like to make this very quick and easy recipe. Easy and delicious! Have fun baking!

Ingredients:
250 grams ( 2 cups ) soft margarine
200 grams ( 1 cup ) of sugar
350g (2 3/4 cups) flour
3 eggs (size M)
100 ml ( 1/3 cup ) of milk
some vanilla extract
1 tsp (5 grams) flour, baking powder
5-6 medium red apples
1/2 lemon
brown sugar
nutmeg

powdered sugar

Preparation:
Wash the apples, cut them in half, core them and cut them into thin slices.
