Мука 500г,
Сахар 70г,
Сухие дрожжи 10г,
Молоко 200мл,
Яйцо 1,
Сл.масло 60г,
Смазать форму 28×28 сл.маслом 80г + 4ст.л Сахар,
Смазать булочки 1 желток +1 ст.л молока,
Выпекать в заранее разогретой духовке при 190°С 20-25 минут.




Recipe:
Flour 500g,
Sugar 70g,
Dry yeast 10g,
Milk 200ml,
Egg 1,
Sl.butter 60g,
Grease a 28×28 l mold with 80g butter + 4tbsp Sugar,
Brush the buns with 1 yolk +1 tbsp milk,
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20-25 minutes.
