This vanilla strawberry cake is it a simple and easy cake and the taste is perfect .
INGREDIENTS :
Cream :
1 egg
90 grams sugar ( 1/3 cup )
16 grams corn starch ( 1 tablespoon )
250 ml milk ( 1 cup )
1 teaspoon vanilla extract ( 10 ml )
Cake batter :
100 grams butter ( 1 cup )
130 grams sugar ( 1 cup )
3 eggs
150 grams soured cream ( 3/4 cup)
220 grams flour ( 2 cups )
juice from half lemon and half orange
6 grams baking powder ( 1 teaspoon )
3 grams bicarbonate of soda ( 1/2 teaspoon )
150 grams blueberries ( 1 cup )
100 grams strawberries ( 1 cup )
