1/4tsp salt 1.5g
all-purpose or bread flour 250g

1/4cup flour 35g
1/2tsp salt 3g
1/4tsp black pepper 0.58g
2tbsp olive oil 30g

3 green onion 30g
a pinch of baking soda(optional)
