Hi everyone! Today I present to you an incredibly delicious and easy to prepare recipe. Pasta with tomato, cheese and aubergines is a very tasty and nutritious first course. With this amazing meal you will please the whole family! All you need are a few simple ingredients and very little preparation time. - 250 g (9 oz) of mezze sleeve pasta
- 1 aubergine
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups of tomato puree
- Scamorza and parmesan to taste
- Basil
- Salt, pepper, chili pepper
