It’s another beautiful day and today we are making one of my favorite spaghetti, ESPAGUETI BLANCO, this is a favorite from my childhood my mom used to make it a little different she used to add mayo now as an adult I took her base and made it my own, we all love it and enjoy it so much her base was with just media crema, milk, cheese and jalapeños juice this is a classic and now I pass it down to not only my kids but to you as well ☺️ I hope you enjoy it as much as we do, this makes the perfect main dish or as a side regardless is delicious 🥰and as always if you do please let me know in the comments and if you new here, welcome, become part of our family it is FREE, just hit that subscribe bottom ☺️ I promise you, you will not regret it ♥️ love you all thank you again got joining us today!

Ingredients:
12 oz spaghetti pasta
1/2 lb ham steak or you can use you choice of ham or bacon
2 lbs butter
1/4 cup fine diced onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 cup heavy cream or whole milk
1 cup crema mexicana (table cream)
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup pickled jalapeño juice, (this is just for flavor it will not make it spicy, you can add some diced pickled jalapeños to add spice)
1 cup shredded queso Oaxaca or your favorite melting cheese
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp white pepper
Salt; pasta water should be as salty as the ocean 😅 if you add enough salt you should not have to add anymore to sauce 😉
