‼️if you want the sauce to be more spicy add more chili flakes!
Ingredients:
For the chicken
2 lbs chicken breast or thighs cut in small pieces
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp coat starch
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
Pinch of salt
For my sauce
5 tbsp chicken stock
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp rice vinagre
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp chili paste
1 tsp hot sesame oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp chili flakes
For the stir fry
2 small zucchini
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
1 cup unsalted peanuts
4 minced garlic cloves
10-12 chile japonés
Avocado oil
