Half KG Apple Gourds (टिंडे)
2 Tomatoes
2 Onions
5 Green Chilli
1 inch Ginger
Salt as Taste
2.5 tsp Deggi Mirch powder
2.5 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tbsp + 1 tsp coriander powder
2.5 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp of dry mango Powder
1 tsp of fennel seeds
5-6 tbsp Oil
1.5 Cup sorghum Flour
4-5 tsp Desi Ghee
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp kasuri Methi
Coriander Leaves For Garnishing
