We made breakfast Cornsilog with corned beef specially from the Philippines!

Full recipe: https://themeatmen.sg/recipes/filipino-cornsilog/

There are so many ways to recreate this easy Filipino dish. Similarly to our Singapore Nasi Lemak, Silog is served with garlic fried rice (sinangag), sunny-side up eggs (itlog) and ANY meat of your choice.

We added Rum into our Ginisang Corned Beef for extra tender meat and flavour boost! Mixed with caramelised red onions and potatoes, this Filipino breakfast staple is a meal that tugs on the heartstrings of many of our Filipino friends.
