Water with whole wheat flour! This is the HEALTHIEST flatbread recipe. No oven
Ingredients:
210ml Warm water
12g White sugar
3g Active dry yeast
300g Whole wheat flour
15ml Olive oil
3g Salt
Recipe:
210ml warm water
12g white sugar
3g active dry yeast
Mix and wait for 5 minutes
300g whole wheat flour
3g salt
Mix well
15ml olive oil
Knead the dough
Cover and rise until double size
After about 1.5 hours
Deflate the air bubbles
Sprinkle some flour
Shape the dough like this
Cut the dough like this
Roll out the dough using your hands
Divide and cut into 8 parts
Take a piece of dough
Shape the dough like this
Repeat
Cover and rest for 15 minutes
Take a piece of dough
Sprinkle some flour on the board
Flatten the dough
Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough
The diameter is about 15cm
Medium heat
Place the dough into the frying pan
Flip over
There are air bubbles inside the dough!
You can also use other flours in this recipe!
Done!
