Ingredients:
5 cactus pads (nopales)
8 New Mexico or guajillo chile pods
4 garlic cloves
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 stale tortilla
1/2 onion
5 eggs
1/4 cup panko
1/2 cup dried shrimp( camarón molido)
Salt to taste
