INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
30 ml melted butter ( 1 fl oz / 2 tbsp)
40 g sugar (1.4 oz / 2.5 tbsp )
4 g dried yeast ( 0.14 oz / 1tsp)
5 g salt ( 0.18 oz / 1 tsp)
100 ml warm milk (3.4 fl oz / 1/2 cup )
250 grams all purpose flour ( 8.8 oz / 1 1/2 cups)
1 sealed plastic bag
baking tray size 22x28 ( 8.66 in x 11 in)
100 grams ( 3.5 oz/ 1 cup) frozen fruits
50 grams sugar ( 2 oz / 3 tbsp)
20 grams almond flakes ( 7oz / 1 tbsp)
