Cinnamon stick

Beetroot – 250 grams
Overnight soaked green peas

30 mins soaked ponni rice – 1 cup (200 grams)

Cashews – Approx. 50 grams
Chopped garlic – 1 teaspoon
Chopped ginger – 1 teaspoon

Garam masala – ¼ teaspoon
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Cooked basmati rice – 200 grams
Salt

Basmati rice – 1½ cup (Approx. 300 grams)

Green chilli – 4 to 5
