20 corn tortillas
Oil for frying
2 lbs raw shrimp
2 Roma tomatoes
1/2 small onion
1 small red bell pepper
1 jalapeno
Handful of cilantro
For the consomé
5 cups water
2 Roma tomatoes
1/2 onion
Shrimp shells
3 celery stalks
Bunch of cilantro
1 garlic clove
Chile árbol
Shrimp bouillon
Tomato bouillon
Tortilla glue
1/4 cup APF
1/4 cup water
