Ingredients for gajar halwa cake

For cake
100 gram all purpose flour
85 gram butter
100 gram condensed milk
60 gram grated carrot
25 gram sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp gram cardamom powder
50 gram cream cheese
25 ml milk

Bake at 170 c


Ingredients for rabdi

300 ml milk
1 slice bread
3 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cashew
1 tbsp almond flax
1/4 tsp green cardamom powder


For topping
Gajar ka halwa


Cream cheese recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Paneer - 100gram
Thick curd- 100 gram

Take paneer in a blender and make it into a smooth paste.

Add in curd and puree it again till it is very smooth.

Line a sieve with cheesecloth and pour the mix in it.

Leave it in fridge overnight. Discard water that is collected in the bowl in between.

What you will be left with is a beautiful creamy cream cheese.

You can use this in any recipe that call for cream cheese.

You can use store bought paneer as well for this recipe, but homemade is best.

Store this cream cheese in air tight container and use within a week.
