This Homemade Methi Poori is our go-to Puri recipe, anytime we crave some spice and crunch in our veggie meals. It's extremely tasty and as always, we try to increase the nutrition quotient by fenugreek leaves.

For a long time, we used to make a traditional Aloo Puri Recipe. But it was getting a little repetitive. So we decided to try something different.

This flatbread can be paired with anything under the wide Indian cuisine side dish umbrella. That includes chhole, potato curry, aloo ki sabzi, raita, sweet curd, green chutney or whatever it is that catches your fancy.
