Ingredients
300g ground beef or pork
4 Tbsp fried mixed flour
¼ cup chopped cilantro
¼ cup chopped long coriander
¼ cup small, diced shallots
1½ tsp Chili flakes
2 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tsp sugar
2 Tbsp lime juice
Canola oil for frying
Mint, butter lettuce, fried kafir lime leaves, and fried dry chili for serving.
