3 tbsp butter
1 cabbage, about 770g /1.7 pounds
1 pound / 450g ground beef, pork or turkey

Spices:
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste
