Ingredients:
1 Egg
½cup Milk
¼cup Sour cream
½tsp Vanilla extract
¾cup All purpose flour
1tsp Baking powder
½tsp Salt
2tbsp White sugar
Unsalted butter
Syrup (optional)

Recipe:
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix well
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2tbsp white sugar
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Mix well
Pour the batter into the flour
Mix until combined
Medium heat
Unsalted butter
Scoop some batter
Pour into the pan
Fry for about 3 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 2 minutes
Done!
Repeat with the remaining batter
Maple syrup
Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside!
