CHEESE DAKGALBI (2 SERVINGS)
- 500g chicken breasts/thighs (you can use chicken breast but I recommend using chicken thighs as it is juicier and more delicious!)
- 100g cabbage
- 2 stalks of green onion
- 100g mozzarella cheese
- Sauce: 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp gochugaru, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 5 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 50ml hot water

TIP: To get the exact taste, please use a proper measuring spoon (1 tbsp= 15ml)
