Today's Recipe: Homemade All Purpose Baking Flour. The fine texture of this gluten free all purpose baking flour is ideal for a wide range of gluten free recipes. It works well in recipes that call for baking powder or yeast, making it a versatile product you’ll reach for time and time again.

INGRDIENTS:
Brown Rice Flour - 3 Cups = 375 Grams
Sorghum Flour - 2 1/4 Cups = 318 Grams
Tapioca Flour - 2 Cups = 257 Grams
Potato Starch - 3/4 Cups = 132 Grams
Corn Starch - 1/4 Cups = 36 Grams
White Rice/Sweet Rice Flour - 3/4 Cups = 126 Grams
Xanthan Gum - 1 TBSP

Note: Sieve the flours before using it.
