This Baklava recipe is specially for beginners. Baklava with phyllo sheets & honey is low in calories & free both trans-fat and saturated fats because honey can control blood sugar, but i made easy baklava thats why i made it with sugar because everyone doesn't have pure honey in their kitchen. Pistachio baklava is most popular & original type of Baklava. You will be addicted after tasting the Baklava. phyllo sheets 1 pack or as needed
walnuts 100g
pistachio 100g
clarified butter 250g

for sugar syrup:

sugar 325g 1,1/2 cup
water 1,1/2 cup
lemon juice 2 tbsp (fresh)

أوراق الفيلو 1 حزمة أو حسب الحاجة
100 جرام جوز
100 جرام فستق
زبدة مصفاة 250 جم

لشراب السكر:

سكر 325 جم 1،1 / 2 كوب
ماء 1،1 / 2 كوب
2 ملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون (طازج)
