Ingredients:
½ cup salted butter or ½ cup unflavoured oil + ¼ tsp salt ( 115 g )
¾ cup powdered sugar ( 100 g )
3 eggs at room temperature ( or ½ cup curd +½ tsp baking soda)
½ tsp vanilla essence
1¼ cup all purpose flour ( 180 g not 150 g )
2 tbsp milk powder
2 tsp corn flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup milk ( 60 ml )

8 almonds chopped
8 cashews chopped
15 green resins chopped
15 black resins chopped
you can use dry fruits of your choice ( total ¼ cup )
tutti frutti ¼ cup
2 tsp all purpose flour
cake mould size 8" by 4"

Cake bake without oven:

Step 1: Place a pressure cooker/Kadai on the gas stove.

Step 2: Put salt, sand, or a baking stand in the cooker or Kadai.

Step 3: Preheat it for 5 minutes.

Step 4: Place the cake pan over a baking stand/salt/sand.

Step 5: Put the cooker lid or cover the Kadai with a plate or glass lid.

Step 6: Cook for 30-45 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
