2 tbsp ghee

1 tsp black cumin seeds/shazeera

2 inch cinnamon

4cloves

2 green cardamom

1 black cardamom

1 bay leaf

2 green chili

1 tsp of ginger garlic paste

2 medium onion, cut into slices

15 cashew nuts

2 medium tomatoes

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp turmeric

2 tbsp butter

2 tsps kashmiri red chili powder

2 tsps coriander powder

200gms paneer, cubed

3 tbs fresh cream

1 tsp kasoori methi, crushed

3 tbs of curd

Some chopped Coriander leaves

1 tsp sugar
