- 56g flour (5 tbsp)
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp instant coffee
- 19g cocoa powder (3 tbsp)
- 75g dark brown sugar (5.5 tbsp)
- 94ml hot water (6 tbsp)
- 19g coconut oil (1.5 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar

Ganache Frosting:
- 42g semi sweet chocolate
- 30ml heavy cream
