Mango Chia Seed Pudding - easy meal prep breakfast, healthy, high protein breakfast recipe!

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1.5 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup whole milk (or any other you prefer)
- 3 tbsp low fat greek yogurt (i used chobani)
- a small mango, diced
