2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

50g curd
200ml milk
2 cups all purpose flour
2-3 pinches baking soda

2 tbsp oil
½ kg mince
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp coriander powder
2-3 pinches turmeric powder
½ tsp salt
1 sliced onion
¼ tsp homemade garam masala
Some fresh coriander
Half lemon
Some dalda/Desi ghee
Egg yolk
