00:34 sugar & water
00:47 Boil until it reaches 106 c
00:50 Let it cool down
00:53 sugar, water & lemon juice
01:17 Pour in a stream while whisking
02:06 Bake for 40 mins @ 180 c in a bain-marie
02:15 Let it cool down and refrigerate for 6 hrs
