3/4 cup of milk (180ml).
2 tablespoons of vinegar (30ml).
3 cups of all purpose flour (350g).
5 teaspoons of baking powder (24g).
1/4 cup of chocolate chips (50g).
chocolate sauce and some almond slices for garnish (optional).
