.500 gm achari mirch
.120 gm curd
salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp saunf
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp kalonji
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp Kasoori methi
Chop coriander
