Conchiglioni ripieni al forno - Pasta al forno ripiena con ragu' di carne , mozzarella , besciamella e parmigiano . Una pasta ripiena buonissima che fa una crosticina croccante assolutamente irresistibile! Prepara i tuoi conchiglioni ripieni per una cena indimenticabile! Stupisci i tuoi ospiti con questa ricetta sorprendentemente deliziosa! Ricetta facile e veloce ? Quasi! Ma da provare!
Puoi preparare i conchiglioni anche per il tuo menu di Natale, per il cenone di Capodanno, per una semplice pranzo in famiglia e per qualsiasi altro momento in cui tu ne abbia voglia!
Ricetta :
500 g pasta conchiglioni
1 l pomodoro
600 g carne bovino macinata
per unn sapore piu' ricco puoi fare metà carne di maiale e metà di bovino
1 bicchiere di vino rosso
misto per soffritto : 2 carote , sedano, cipolla
pepe nero , noce moscata , sale
olio extravergine d'oliva
Besciamella:
1 L latte intero
70 g farina
120 g burro
noce moscata
pepe nero
sale
100 g parmigiano
300 g mozzarella

basilico

cottura 30 minjuti 180 C
