Everyone loves khasta kachori....make these Green peas khasta kachori with wheat flour & serve this Diwali for your friends & family.

Ingredients:
(for dough)
Wheat flour (Gehu ka aata)- 2 cups
Semolina (Sooji) - 1/4 cup
Salt (Namak)- 1 tsp
Water (Pani)- as required

(For stuffing)
MustardOil (Sarso ka tel)- 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds (Dhania ke beej)- 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies (Kati hari mirch)- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste (Namak swad ke anusar)
Red chilli powder (Pisi lal mirch) - 1.5 tsp
Coriander powder (Pisa Dhania) -1 tsp
Dry mango powder (Pisa Sookha aam)-1 tsp
Fennel seeds powder (Pisi Saunf)- 1 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds (Bhuna jeera)- 1 tsp
Boiled & mashed peas (Ubli aur masli hari matar)- 1 cup
Green coriander leaves (Hara Dhania)- handful

Oil to deep fry.
